Part-Time Chess Instructor Wanted: Chicagoland Area

Chicago Chess Academy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Chess Instructors. If you have a passion for chess and enjoy working with children, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Teach chess to students of various ages and skill levels
• Foster a positive safe and engaging learning environment
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organize and supervise chess games and tournaments

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of chess rules and strategies
• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
